Charmed Days are here again!

Surprising news
My sisters and I have had no luck tracking down the werewolves, but since the moon started waning again, we have some time to research. Piper seemed to think we could use the same tactics she, Phoebe and Prue used when a Wendigo attacked her, but we don't know for sure if they have the same heart of ice. The kids are working with us on this project and it's really fun to have everyone together! The kids are back in school and enjoying themselves, and I've gotten a couple of new charges. One lives in San Francisco and the other one lives all the way in Africa, so I get to see a new country! Bry and Mac are doing well, I've been able to go visit and see little Scotty, and Bry's got a new gig at this downtown bar.

We had a great Christmas together with Scotty! I got up early and made pancakes, then mac came in with Scotty and after breakfast we sat down by the tree and opened presents. Mac had gotten me a new cookbook and a guitar stand and she opened my presents to her, which were little silk bags for carrying potions, a bright new athame, and a sexy new top I'd had Paige help me find. We got Scotty some toys and a new blanket and a cute little onesie that said, "I'm with the band", then we put Scotty down for a nap and retired to the bedroom where I got my other present!;) Afterwards, Mac asked me if I'd been to the bar lately and I told her I hadn't yet. She then laid the bombshell on me that she saw drug dealing and other nefarious activities going on! I sighed and told her I should call the guys and cancel, but she quickly told me that would be stupid, because these guys would not be pleased and would most likely come after me or her and Scotty. She told me I should just do my job and ignore what was going on, and while I don't like it she does have a point. After all, they're not demons so we can't vanquish them, and if I call the cops the same threat of revenge would be there. I just hope I can keep my cool, you know?

Christmas already?
Well, those of us at magic school are offically on break right now, and I'm busy preparing for Christmas with my family. The kids are so excited to be out of school, they've been going to Aunt Piper's house to play with their cousins! I found out that Wyatt finally made it home and he and Bianca are slowly getting back to talking with each other. I have no idea what happened between them, but I really hope they can work it out! In magical news, me and my sisters have heard rumors of either a wendigo or a werewolf prowling around. If it's a werewolf, it's possible that there's a pack of them, so it's pretty dangerous! We've been researching the best way to kill one and trying to track them but it's hard.

Well, my first session with Mac's therapist went pretty well. I was surprised to see that Mac had cast a spell so that she could reveal magic to him, but at the same time I get that it saves time. Anyway, Mac told me the other day that she's ready to stop seeing him. She says he's about to drive her crazy and she doesn't want to kill him out of anger, so I told her it was ok and she could talk to me if she wanted. Anyway, in other news we've been getting ready for Christmas, we're going to have just a simple family time together. I'll cook and we got each other presents, it's Scotty's first Christmas! That's not all, we've got a new gig playing at this bar downtown! It's a little smaller than P3 and kind of dark, but it pays well and I'm excited. Mac's going to come down and catch one of our sets with Scotty, I can't wait!

Therapy and parties
The Halloween party was a hit, of course! Henry and I dressed up as the Phantom of the Opera and Christine, I think we gave mac a fright! Bry explained that when they were in Paris they thought they'd seen the real Phantom, which I didn't know! Anyway, we had candy and played games, Bianca came and Wyatt and Chris, we just had a blast! I'm currently teaching another powers class but we'll get a short break around Thanksgiving. The kids are doing great, we celebrated Phoebe's birthday and Bianca's birthday this month. My kids are a handful but I love them all, they're thrilled about Thanksgiving and Christmas! Oh, almost forgot something odd, at the Halloween party I thought I saw a shadow that looked like a wolf, and I know no one at our party had a wolf costume. I told Piper and Phoebe and we're keeping our eyes open.

Well, I finally found out where mac had been going! I'd invited Angel over for dinner and she picked up a thought and spoke out about it, not knowing that I didn't know. Mac was pretty upset but I asked her and found out she's been going to a counselor to get some help dealing with the loss of Wesley. My sweet girl, I asked her if I could join one of her sessions and she said that was okay. I'm going to the session tomorrow, I think it'll really help both of us!

I can't believe it's almost Halloween already! We've been busy, both at Magic School and home, preparing for a big party I'm throwing. Yes, I am throwing a party this year, gonna invite all my charges and family! We'll dress up and play games, eat candy and Piper's making the most awesome cake! I'm currently on break from school, so I've been helping my kids with their costumes, but I'm still not sure what I want to go as. Henry and I are going someday while the kids are in school or over at Piper's and pick something out. My sisters and I are also making extra potions, because it seems like Halloween brings more demons to the surface, they seem to get more bold at this time of year. Bry and Mac are doing okay, little Scotty's so cute!

We decided to call our son Scotty instead of Johnny, it seems to fit him better.:) I've been spending a lot of time with him, which is just great! I'm a tad worried about Mac, she keeps going off around a certain time and she won't say where she goes. Now, I know she's probably just off in the underworld, but with us losing Wesley I just worry about her more. Other than that, things are going well; I love playing my guitar for Scotty and I plan on taking him to a band meeting in a couple of weeks.

Welcome Jonathon Scott!
My kids are heading back to school soon and Henry gave me the most amazing gift! I've been working on my own version of the Book of Shadows, wanting to pass it down to our kids and Henry got it made into a hard cover. He is so sweet, it looks great! Magic School is still going great, I start teaching another class tomorrow, two classes in fact. They're not so much magical but they deal with taking care of yourself physically and mentally. Other than that, I'm very excited about certain news but I'll let Bry tell that part!

My son has been born! This is Jonathon Scott Thornhart, he was born July 28 2007. *beams proudly* The sad news is that his brother was stillborn, I could tell Mac was sad and so was I! I still miss him, but I can tell Mac misses him more. Mac did so great giving birth, I'm very proud of her! We've got everything set up in both our house and the lair, so I love being a daddy so far! We'll most likely call him Johnny when he gets bigger but we both picked out the names for him. I've taken time off from the band while Mac rests up, she just started going back to the underworld, so I get to play Mr. Mom. She's shown him off already down there, cause he's her potential heir. I don't know how I feel about that, but we'll talk about it, he may decide to do something different. Anyway, I should tuck him in but I will try to update more.

Been too long
Sorry guys! One reason I haven't updated is just because it's been pretty much the usual stuff going on, although the kids are now on summer break, so they're around a lot more. We've been hanging out, doing fun family stuff and I'm still teaching, of course. Got done with the Literature class and I've been teaching sort of a biology course, with magical stuff of course. Just got done with that, then the next class will be on problems witches have to face, like not exposing magic, understanding other magical beings, that kind of thing. I've been checking on Mac a lot lately, making sure everything's ok with her being pregnant, and all my other charges are doing great!

Mac is getting so big, don't tell her I said that though!;) We can feel the babies kicking and we know we're having twin boys, we've been tossing around names. We were thinking of naming one Jonathon Scott and the other Wesley Gabriel!:) She's had to transfer some of her responsibilities over to Kurke, and she's been hanging around home more often, which is good for me.:) We have gone down to the lavafalls and spent the day there, and we've got a nice little nursery set up in her lair and topside too!

Another quick catch-up, Valentine's Day was wonderful! Henry and I went dancing then took a long walk, ending up at home where we continued to enjoy each other! Magical Math has been hard this time around, again, so I'm going to see if I can take a break from teaching it. Talked to the board and they agreed, put out the word hoping to find someone who's better at it. Meanwhile, the next class I'm teaching is Intro. to Literature, which makes me very happy! Definetly more creative and up my alley, already got plans drawn up for the class! Henry and the kids are great, we're planning on taking a little vacation around spring break, which is in the middle of March! I'm not sure yet where we're going, but I'll orb us wherever, it'll be fun!

I have awesome, exciting news! Mac and I are gonna have a baby!:D She told me today that she'd taken a pregnancy test after feeling ill for a week, and we just got back from the doctor today to confirm it! Mac's kind of worried about it, how this will affect her ruling the warlocks but I'm pumped! I think it's going to be wonderful and I kept reassuring her that it would be, although it IS a big change! Anyway, we haven't told Paige yet, but we will soon. I had to call my folks though, they were excited and offered to help in any way they could!

Major catch-up
All right, first off Christmas and New Year's was so much fun! The first time in a long time that I've bought gifts for my husband and kids, gone caroling and sledding and gone dancing with my husband on New Year's Eve. Henry's so cute, he even went to my favorite shop to get me a new supply of herbs and potion vials! I'm now in the middle of teaching math again, got a small group of teen students and so far it's going well! I saw Greenlee around Christmas, she was having so much fun and she's got great control on her powers! Mac and Bry are doing well and all my other charges, and we even got a cat! The kids brought this little gray kitten home and begged me to let them keep her, I just couldn't resist!:) We named her Misty and she's the friendliest thing! Just follows me around, rubbing against my legs. Oh, just thought, I'll have a date for Valentine's Day! So awesome:D

As far as mac and I go, things are going well. Both of us are really busy, with work and the band and the warlocks, but we still manage to spend lots of time together! We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year's, spent most of our time at home with Herc and we've been talking about having kids later on.:) We still keep in touch with Paige and my parents, but we enjoy just being alone together. Me and my mates are planning another tour for later in the year, once things get warmer out and Mac's going to see if she can get some time off and come with us!

Thanksgiving
Well, Thanksgiving wasen't the completly happy event it should've been. We had it at Piper's house, Henry and the kids came with me, and I tried to help Piper as much as I could in the kitchen. Chris was there with his girlfriend and Wyatt and Bianca were there, but Wyatt also brought this girl along that he works with. It was very weird, he spent most of the day talking to her while Bianca just sat there, very quiet! I don't know what's going on with that boy, but I did my best to inculde Bianca in the conversations. Other than that, everything's pretty much normal, going through magical history at school, we have our final test in two weeks, and then I have to teach math again, ugh! My kids are looking forward to Christmas break and I have to say so am I! Got caught up with my charges and Henry and I were talking about going on a vacation this next year, maybe Disney World.

Our honeymoon was great! We had so much fun in Paris, we hated to come home, but we did finally! Things are back to normal, Mac's back hunting and taking care of the warlocks and I've been meeting with the band, working on songs and another possible tour. Also been back to repairing cars and stuff, lots of people are coming in now before winter! Mac and I are still crazy in love, in the honeymoon period! She's such a great woman, I love her so much! I'd die for you if I had to.

Time to play catchup! The first part of Magical History ended and we started the second part right before Halloween. I like this class because it combines mortal history with magical history, inculding all the wars and interesting people who lived! Henry and the kids are doing great, I get to help them with their homework at night and I love being a part of a family again! Henry is so sweet and nice and we're having Thanksgiving over at Piper's, the kids are thrilled! My charges are doing fine, I'm going to see Greenlee this week and Mac and Bry got back from their honeymoon. I promise, I'll do my best to keep caught up with this!

Mac and I had a great honeymoon! We went to Paris again and had a blast, just sight seeing and eating good food! We stayed at her friend's cottage again and just enjoyed ourselves! I think Mac was happy to get away for a while and so was I, we both needed a break. We got back on the 30th of October and Mac went back to work, so did I. We're going to have Thanksgiving with my parents this week, should be fun!

Wedding bells!
Again, I'm so sorry with the lack of updates! I've just been super busy and had no time, with magic school and Henry and the kids, my sisters and their familys. The first section of Magical History is almost over, our final test is next week and it's been really good! It's been neat to look at history and pull out the different magical traditions that people have followed, and to notice that at certain times people were more receptive to those who practiced magic. We're ending at the end of the Renassiance, so I know all my students are studying hard. The most exciting thing, however, is that Mac and Bryan got married tonight! They had a beautiful ceremony out in the park with all their friends and family gathered. I took Henry and the kids, it was lovely out! We wished them good luck and then we went back to the house cause the kids were going out to meet their friends. Henry and I are just relaxing, enjoying the night!

It's offical, Mac and I are husband and wife!:) We had the wedding today, all the planning came together, and everyone showed up, well, all the witches, whitelighters and such. We had it in San Francisco Park, Mac wore a white pantsuit and I dressed up in a nice suit. Connor walked her down the asile and Jace was there too. It was beautiful and the best part was when the priest told me to kiss my bride! After the wedding we said goodbye to everyone and snuck off so we could go to the underworld and change into robes, then we went to the main hall where the warlocks were throwing a huge party! In fact, we're still there, this party could go on all night! Gotta go, the warlocks are dancing!

To start off, I should talk about what we did for my birthday. I forgot to mention that on the 27th Henry surprised me with breakfast in bed and plenty of snuggle time.:) Then my kids surprised me with presents and a little whitelighter light show, was fun! Then on September 1 everyone got together and had my birthday dinner at Piper's house. It was fun, with presents and cake and games! The kids had a blast, playing together and showing off their powers while us grown-ups shared stories. Other than that, all last week was busy with classes at magic school and helping Henry Jr., Patty and Jenny settle in with their classes. Speaking of class, our first test is in two weeks. It's interesting because I really have to do some reasearch about ancient Greek and Roman magic, it's a good thing I have the Book of Shadows! Other than that, everything's pretty normal with the kids and family, just enjoying life with the occaisional demon attack.

Mac met with the Libris demons and everything went great! They agreed on where the expansion of their territory should be and signed the documents, so it's all offical. To celebrate, I took Mac out for dinner on September 2, after of course going to Paige's birthday party the night before. We got her a cute statue of an angel that looks like her. Other than that we've just been hanging out, Mac does her offical queenly stuff and I've been getting to know her workers, plus doing my witchy stuff as well. We're getting closer to wedding plans and we've picked a date, October 15. It's a Sunday, we've started sending out invatations and everything else is planned out. We'll probably end up making an announcment down here as well and having a party with her people, so it's all coming together!

I can't believe school is almost ready to start for my kids! I'm so proud of all of them! I'm getting my lesson plans ready for my next class, gonna start out with a general overview of magic through the ages, covering all the community like fairies, lephurcans and nymphs. The cool thing is, I have tons of stories from my personal experiance, so it works out ok. Anyway, not much to share except that things are going great! Henry and I are back in the deep wonderful love we had before and he's so much more accepting of me fighting demons, especially since our kids are old enough now so they can start working on their own magical problems. I talked to Mac and Bry the other day, apparently Mac's powers were on the fritz but we were able to fix it. I'll let Bry tell the rest of the story.

Well, Paige, Mac and I got together and checked some stuff out and we figured out that the Libris demons are behind Mac's powers being off. This was confirmed when we tracked down one and trapped him, he told us that because his species is very secretive and work undercover that they feel like they don't need permission from other beings. We straightened them out though and once we released the guy he restored her powers, then left. He said he would tell his people what Mac had said and see if they could set up a meeting, so everything worked out great! We just have to wait to hear back from them. Mac's so happy to have her powers back!

First off, I have to apologize for taking so long to update this again! I've just been super busy lately, trying to get used to living with Henry and the kids again, plus all my magical stuff. Magical Ethics turned out to be somewhat of a harder class than I thought, the witch who wrote the book has definete views on certain things that don't match up with what I believe, inculding the view that whitelighters and witches shouldn't mate, in order to keep the witch line pure. So my students have had tons of hard questions to ask. Finally the class was over this past week, so now I have to finish grading everything and post the students' grades. The next class I'll be teaching is the History of Magic and Witches, which I'm going to recruit my sisters for again. Figured I could share the story of Melinda Warren with them, that would be cool! The kids are all ready for school, which starts in a couple of weeks, and Jenny's going to help me out at Magic School after her classes. Other than that it's been business as usual, helping my sisters with demon attacks and helping my charges with various things.

Things were pretty quiet down here until just the other day, when Mac shimmered into the lair all scared and worried! Seems that she'd tracked down the Libris demons but when one attacked her, her powers went wonky. She couldn't form energy balls and her TK was off, so she shimmered home. We're trying to figure out what happened and if someone cast a spell on her. I tried calling Paige but she hasn't responded yet, so Mac's resting for now. Maybe later I'll have her shimmer topside and see what Paige says.

I got all moved into Henry's place and both he and the kids are thrilled to have me back! We went to watch a movie last weekend and then this week has been very busy for both Henry and myself, so this weekend we've been mainly relaxing while at the same time taking Henry Jr, Patty and Jenny to go shopping for school stuff. They're going to a normal high school but having a magical tutor help them with their powers, and they ask me for help, especially on potions!:) Henry and I have been relaxing and enjoying each other, the man is amazing! All my charges are doing fine, Mac and Bry are still living in the underworld so I try to stay available to both of them if they need help. I found out that the rouge demons are Libris demons who up until now have lived on the outskirts of the underworld, and I sent a message to Mac telling her this.

To pick up where Paige left off, Mac found out that the Libris demons have decided that they need to expand their territory, so she's trying to get in contact with them to see if they can work out a compromise. I've been staying in the lair, puttering around and practicing my music, also cooking for Mac every night. It's been rather fun down here, I've even gotten to meet some of her warriors and work out with them!

Independance for witches!
LOL, sorry about that! Just having some fun, I had a great time on the 4th! The whole family went to the parade, my kids had so much fun hanging out with their cousins and for some reason we got a ton of candy!:) I gave Henry the Tootsie Rolls since I know he likes them and he gave me the suckers he caught, then we all went to Piper's house for lunch. We ate out in the garden then the kids ran off to do something while us adults talked. Henry dropped off the kids and then he asked me to stay the night, which I did!:) We had a nice long talk the next day and we decided that I would move in him and give it another try, I'm so happy! So as you can imagine, I've been busy packing stuff up and getting ready to move. Henry's going to come over and help me take my stuff over to his place this weekend, in the meantime I've started teaching Magical Ethics. I'm trying to make it interesting for the kids by bringing up a lot of "what if" situations, I hope they do well!

Mac and I are doing fine, I actually got Paige to orb me down there as a surprise, so I'm staying in her lair for now. It's actually pretty cozy, I even brought the wedding magazines down so we can make plans!;) Anyway, nothing much else going on, the rouge demons are still at it, so we might be down here for a while. Oh, for the 4th Mac shimmered us topside so we could watch the fireworks and snuggle!

I've been so busy this past week, it seems like everything's kind of come at once! I spent time with my dad on Father's Day and also went over to Henry's place and helped the kids pamper him. This week I was super busy with paperwork at school, trying to sort through documents and figure out old spells. The class I'm teaching now ends next Tuesday then I get a short break before my next class, Magical Ethics. The next holiday is Independance Day, I'm not sure yet what Piper and Leo and Phoebe are planning, but we'll probably do something. The kids want to go to a parade and get candy, so I've got to look in the paper and see which ones are good. Henry and I went out again this weekend and we want to go see a movie this week. There are some really good ones coming out! It's amazing, but I feel like I'm falling in love with Henry all over again!:) He's just the best guy and he doesn't mind if I spend time with my sisters or get involved in the weird stuff that happens sometimes! I don't know what will happen from here, but I'm not going to push anything, just let it ride and see what happens.

Let's see, Mac and I went to my parents' house for Father's Day and hung out there. We went out to eat and then came back for cake. It was good and we got caught up, I didn't tell my folks about Mac being a bounty hunter though. They accept her being half warlock but I think they'd have problem with her hunting again. Anyway, this week's been pretty quiet, other than the fact that Dante showed up again. Apparently there's a group of rouge demons that are trying to invade the darklighter territory and he wanted Mac to know. She left with him for a while so I walked Herc, when I got back I fixed dinner. She shimmered back in and we ate while she talked, telling me that this group of demons was stubborn and she needed the help of her warlocks. I told her I understood and if she needed to spend more time in the underworld I was fine with it. She stayed with me that night but the next day she shimmered down to her lair. I'm staying up here for now, but if she needs me I'll have Paige orb me to her.

Well, the past two weeks have been very busy! We celebrated Piper's birthday on June 8 even though it's really on the 5th, had a huge bash at P3 with balloons and all her friends, Henry and the kids came, I caught Henry and Wyatt trying to swipe some frosting like they did on our wedding day.:) She opened presents and we danced, I'd forgotten how good a dancer Henry was. He held me close and for a moment everything drifted away and it was just the two of us. Anyway, Henry and the kids and I went to a local waterpark on Saturday, it was such fun! We splashed and teased each other and ate hot dogs and chips. I had to put on loads of sunblock and I wore my pretty blue hat I wore on my honeymoon, which caused Henry to tease me about looking like a movie star! This week has been good too, classes at magic school are going well. The class I'm teaching now has all girls in it and we have a blast! My charges are all doing well and there haven't been any problems as far as demons or anything! Anyway, Henry is taking me out again tonight, in fact I think that's him now.:D Gotta go!

Things are a little stressful at the Thornhart house this week, I found out that Mac's been hunting demons and other creatures as a bounty hunter!:O A demon I'd tracked down as a favor to my parents told me the news right before I vanquished him, so I confronted her about it when she got home. She told me she needed the money and that made me feel bad! I know I don't make as much as some guys, but hopefully once the band makes it big we'll get paid more. I asked her if she wanted me to quit my car repair job and find something else, but she told me no, that I should do what I love and am good at. I told her that she needed to be careful and call Paige if she needed help and she told me she would. We've spent today just cuddling, we'll probably go over to my parents' house tomorrow for Father's Day.

I had a couple of nightmares this past week about Jeremy dying and darklighters coming after me, not good! Almost orbed out with fear a couple of times. I helped out one of my charges on Friday, she had demons attacking her who could fly, so I had to whip up a vanquishing spell and she helped me. Then I hurried home and changed my clothes before Henry picked me up for dinner. We went to this nice seafood restaurant and had a lovely meal then he drove me to P3. Wyatt and Chris were there, they were happy to see Henry again. We got drinks and then danced for a while, then Henry talked Wyatt into letting me get up on stage and sing. It was so much fun and it turned into a huge karaoke night, even Henry and I sang a song together! He dropped me off at home and kissed me so softly, sigh! We made plans to get together this next weekend with the kids, maybe go to a waterpark. Anyway, I've been pretty busy so far this week, been running errands and working at magic school.

Mac and I went to see X-Men 3 this past weekend, we had a lot of fun! Got into a discussion afterwards about whether other magical beings would go to see it, since the mutant story is similar to the magical community. She said that Dante would probably go to see it if he wasen't too busy but she wasen't sure about Paige. This week Mac has been gone a lot more and I noticed some blood-stained clothes in the hamper. I checked Mac out but she has no wounds, so it must have been her target's blood. I still worry about her, but I know she's tough and she has Paige if she needs healing. I just hope she will tell me if she gets seriously hurt!

What a weekend! My kids and I went on a picnic Saturday then they talked me into taking them to the mall. We had such a blast going from store to store, Patty and Jenny looked at clothes and Henry spent some time in the computer game store then we all looked at CDs. It was fun to compare our musical tastes and stuff, then we got some pop and walked around until Henry met us in front of the pretzel shop. He bought us each a pretzel and we sat outside and talked for a while, then Henry took the kids home. I drove home and ended up watching tv the rest of the night before bed. Sunday I took the day off and then Monday I ended up spending time with my sisters and their families. We summoned Grams and Mom and had a whole day with them, but I actually missed my kids and Henry! Yesterday I went back to magic school and got all caught up with my work, then I came home and got up the nerve to call Henry. He told me what he and the kids did and then he asked me out. This time I said yes, we're going out to dinner on Friday and then maybe to P3. I feel so nervous, just like when we went on our first date! Today I went and visited my charges, Mac and Bry inculded. Everyone's doing fine and Mac said she killed the darklighter who killed Jeremy, so that makes me feel a little better. I'm just working on school stuff right now, getting ready for tomorrow.

Mac and I had a nice Memorial Day, we remembered her mom and dad and got together with my parents and cooked out. Paige came over to visit yesterday, we had a lot of fun quizzing her on her husband and kids. Paige said she'd bring them over sometime so we could meet them, I think Mac mumbled something about teenagers I couldn't quite catch, but I said that sounded great. Today was back to work like normal but this weekend we're going to go see the movie X-Men 3.
